Adults are humans or animals that have reached their full development. In the human context an adult's term has significance that is shaped by social and legal concepts. Contrary to those who are that isn't considered an adult, or "minor", the legal adult is a person who has reached the age of majority which makes them independent as well as responsible and competent. It is also possible to view them as"major" or "major". The point at which a person can legally become an adult is 18; however, the definition of legal maturity can be different depending upon the nation or legal system as well as their psychological state.

At the point that a person reaches physical and intellectual maturity, this is known as adulthood. Adulthood, as typically understood, is at the age of either 20 or 21. The age of old is 60 years old after middle years. By the time we reach early adulthood (20 to mid-40s) the physical development is complete, although our weight and height may increase slightly. When we are young the physical capabilities of our bodies are at their highest such as the strength of our muscles, our reaction speed as well as sensory capabilities, heart function.
